‘Fat girl summer' We’re plus-size and rock bikinis from Walmart and Target

A plus-size influencer has made it her goal to make other women feel less self-conscious this summer by showing herself having fun in affordable swimwear.

A plus-size woman has filmed herself splashing in the pool in order to help other nervous women rock a bikini. 

Kelli is a “positive vibes” social media influencer from Florida who has gone viral on her TikTok account @zombiiek3lli for making body positivity content.

She has gained millions of views for her pool videos, in which she films herself wearing a colorful bikini and dancing with friends or family members. 

In one video, Kelli showed herself being confident while wearing a pastel pink and blue striped strapless bikini matched while surrounded by colorful inflatables in a pool. 

In the caption, Kelli shared the video saying was “just having fun” along with the hashtags “Fat Girl Summer” and “Love Yourself.”

Later on in the video, Kelli begins dancing and turns around to invite her mom and sister to dance with her. 

All three women can be seen smiling and laughing, with Kelli’s sister wearing a leopard print bikini while her mom wears a purple flora one. 

The video has quickly become popular on social media, and many people have rushed to praise Kelli’s confidence, but many commentators wished to know where the women got their summer swimwear from. 

One comment asked: “You go girl! Where did you get those amazing swimsuits?” while another person wrote: “Where did y’all get those bathing suits? Thanks my beautiful friend”

Keilli replied: “Walmart and Target…hope you find some good ones.” 

She also replied that the stipped and leopard-print bikinis were found at Target, while the purple bikini was a mix buy, with the purple floral buttons found at Target but the top was a Walmart find.

The comments on the video were overwhelmingly positive as many people praised Kelli for her body positivity. 

One user said: “I love girls who have the confidence to be who they are.” 

Someone else said: “That’s such a cute two-piece though. I love pastels, stunning!” 

A third person said: “Really cute video, like jeez this made me smile.” 

Another commentator also had a message for anyone leaving negative comments. One popular comment said: “All you hateful people can shut up because all of them are beautiful no drop-dead gorgeous. Y’all could never be on their level so just go home.
