Listening to Normunds Bergs

Yesterday I had chance to listen to one of most significant entrepreneurs in Latvia - Normunds Bergs. And here are couple of the best quotes from his presentation:

* On an average you need 7 years to understand - the business will happen or not;

* There is no worse business than to produce an IKEA stool;

* Where to export after there is the Latvia border mastered? - First of all we went to the "bralukas (Lithuania)" then to Estonia and then? Well, Where we went after that? - To China!;

* Tribe is an average of 140 people then usually "start up" culture ends. We (Microlink) managed to keep a sense of tribe up to 1000 employees;
