Slightly bumpy start with a fantastic ending! Item is exactly as described and is absolutely perfect for our needs. Ordered on a Sunday with personalization as an anniversary gift. The package arrived just 4 days later. I had to message the seller due to frame damage that occurred during transit even though it was well protected in the box. They immediately created a new tracking number and told me they were shipping a new product without any further questions . The new one arrived 5 days later (courier delayed delivery 24 hrs) in mint condition. Definitely recommend this seller and their products.
