SHIPMENTS ---- Our IMĀGO will be shipped properly packaged so that you receive them in excellent condition. The approximate shipping time is between 2 and 4 business days depending on the place in the republic where they will be sent. RETURNS ---- For us, it is extremely important that our customers are satisfied with their products, so we ask them to inform us of any detail that may arise with their IMĀGO in order to take the appropriate measure for each of the situations that could occur. (refund or exchange) Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, it is necessary to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
